New things in the Studio: September Edition
September marks the fall of summer but not the end of the fun!
I'm kind of glad the Fall is here. It might be cooler, but I love the changing colors. It also means some new things in the studio!
Getting rid of the jingle
I've never been a fan of a messy set of keys. And I love the OrbitKey key organizer I got to keep them tidy. So it was only natural to pick up the Key Organizer Pro.

While it may seem very similar to the generation 1, there are two key features: they included a microtension that clicks to indicate when things are tight so your key organizer doesn't get loose over time. The second, a quick flip tool that allows for me to get my main key out in a matter of seconds. This is definitely a game changer and avoids the hassle of trying to get to the key that you need.

Another year, another iPhone
It wouldn't be a September gear update without talking about the iPhone 16 Pro.

For me coming from the iPhone 13 Pro, I'm most excited by a few things:
- Cameras. Speaking of shooting photos and video, the cameras are upgraded this year to 48MP over all 3 lenses. Which will help with macro photography right up to big panoramic shots. Also video recording with be up to 4K 120P (with LOG shooting, for those tech folks) which will be a welcome change for when I'm running and gunning. And of course the introduction of the new camera capture button!
- USB-C. Being able to charge and transfer files mcuh faster has been top of my list for the phone in my pocket as I shoot so much video/photos and want to be able to quickly top up my phone.
- Titanium Build. The new iPhone will be my first time experiencing a lighter weight device. Year over year phones have been getting bigger and so some much needed weight trimming is welcome!

We'll definitely be doing a video on YouTube where we'll cover some great features on the new phone.
Somebody call (Porsche) 911
I've been recently getting more and more into Hot Wheels when I came across this Porsche 911 Turbo 3.6 (964) Toon.

I'm huge fan of Porsche but this one caught my due to its unusual shape. You'll be definitely seeing this in future content, so see if you can spot it!
My new black hoodie
It's no secret I'm a huge fan of the Raycast app for Mac. I like to call it Spotlight search on steroids. So when I discovered Raycast had a hoodie on their merch store, I had to get it.

It's got this subtle Raycast logo on the front in their brand color orange.

On the back it's got this very big space print on the back in the same brand color orange.

It's thick and warm (perfect for the fall) and comes with thick pull strings. It is an over size style, but I like a more fitted size, so I went a size down. A little expensive, but I was a huge fan of the design!
Also as a bonus: they have some amazing wallpapers for your phone and computer you can download here.
Tidbyt 2.0
A while back I preordered the Tidbyt 2.0. It came in the mail just this past week, and I have been tinkering with it.

There are some key changes they made from the Gen 1:
- Fuller Pixels. The old one used simple LED lights, but this newer model uses full square pixels, reinforcing the whole pixel display concept.
- Speaker. The Gen 2 now features a built-in speaker so you can set up things like a timer and Alarm clock. There is even a touch button to snooze the alarm in case you need a few extra minutes.
- Wall Mount. There's a magnetic wall plate now included, so if you want to wall mount the display you can.
And Tidbyt has a pretty big marketplace of apps, so I'm curious to explore some the third party apps people have made
